The blueberries really taste like blueberries!

 

Recently, when I was at the store I almost bought a blueberry muffin mix. Then I read the fine print of the package that said 'artificial blueberries'. 

What does that even mean?

So I decided to make my own muffins with REAL blueberries.

Recipe:

(partially used from a Betty Crocker App)

2 cups of pancake mix

2/3 cups of milk

1/3 cup of sugar

2 tablespoons oil

1 egg

add handful of blueberries after other ingredients are mixed

Oven: 400F degrees
Makes 12 muffins
Bake around 15 minute-ish
